Celebrate Spring! Mini Forest Therapy Walk

  • Big Bull Creek Park 20425 Sunflower Road Edgerton, KS, 66021 United States (map)

Join me for an energizing “mini” forest and nature therapy walk to celebrate the start of spring!

Forest therapy is a practice of slowing down and reconnecting to the healing power of nature. In this practice, the forest (or nature!) is the therapist. I’m there as a guide to facilitate your experience. During our approximately 60 minutes together, we’ll practice reconnecting to nature through our senses. With no expectations or goals, this is an opportunity to slow down, unplug, de-stress, and be present on our beautiful planet. If you feel like you’ve been “speed living” or spending too much time on your screens, this could be just the experience you need!

Since March can still bring winter storms in Kansas, this walk is weather-dependent.
